Viikko / Week 22-23

Oulu, Finland +20-29 C

Kesä alkoi Suomessa viikolla 20. Lämpötila kipusi +25 asteeseen, puut saivat lehdet ja kansa nautti auringosta puistoissa ja merenrannalla. Lämmin sää on jatkunut siitä asti.
Summer arrived in Finland on week 20. Temperature climbed up to +25 degrees, trees got their leaves and people enjoyed the sun at parks and seaside. Warm weather has continued since.

 It was glorious weather in Helsinki a week ago during our half term break; we couldn't believe it! The temperature was between +27 to  +30 C. WOW. I know it's not quite like that anymore, but the summer has definitely arrived to Finland.

Weather has been rather variable here and although it is kind of warm +20 C - ish the general opinion seems to be that the summer hasn't arrived yet. Need to continue waiting for it!
